NRFi is a tax-exempt 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We rely on donations to support our research, clinical, and outreach activities. This includes donations of money, resources, service, and time. Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and fund our mission.

What Your Contribution Supports

  • Clinical Support for Indivdiuals Experiencing Eating Disorders and other Health Disparities. 
    • $50 - $100 funds a consultation for one indivdiual or family in need.
    • $1,000 funds a pop-up clinic for a day, serving dozens of patients.
    • $1,000 - $10,000 funds development of NRFi mental health disparity resources (textbook, workbook, website, app, podcast, blog) that provide affordable, accessible, sensitive, and inclusive support for low-resource and marginalized indivdiuals navigating physical and mental health disparities.
  • Education, & Outreach Campaigns designed to raise awareness about eating disorders and other physical and mental health disparities and their social justice underpinnings. 
    • $100 - $500 funds a social media campaign.
    • $500 -$1,000 funds speaking engagements locally, regionally, nationally, and virtually.
    • $1,000 - $5,000 funds conference attendance and presentations that help share NourishED research findings with researchers and clinicians. 
  • Reearch Training, Conduct, & Dissemination
    • $1,000 - $5,000 funds dedicated research training & mentorship for young investigators. ($1,000 supports 6 months of 1:1 weekly mentorship meetings with Dr. Bray and guidance in a focussed research project that algins with NRFi aims for 1 research investigators or clinicians).
    • $3,000 - $10,000 funds research publication fees (~$3-4,000 per manuscript publication in a high-impact, open-access, peer-reviewed journal).
  • Publication Fees ($3-4,000 per publication).
  • External Institutional Review (IRB) Fees.
  • Research Materials & Costs.
  • Dedicated Time for Research & Publication.
  • Conference Registration & Presentation.
  • Travel Expenses (for Research Presentation).
  • Disseminating Research Findings.
  • Clinical Application.
  • And More!
