Mỹ Hiếu Lê (dharma name Su Co Thich Nu Lien Anh) is a dedicated Clinical Research Associate and Leads NRFi's Contemplative Buddhist-Informed Psychotherapy (AKA Mindfulness & Meditation) Team.
Mỹ Hiếu holds a Masters of Science (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, specializing in Contemplative Buddhist-Informed Psychology and Psychotherapy.
Mỹ Hiếu is a dedicated mental health counselor. She runs a private practice in Colorado (www.inmindbodhi.org). Her work bridges ancient Buddhist wisdom, contemplative practice, Western Psychology, and trauma-informed counseling skills with excellence in public speaking, clinical research, and cross-cultural community engagement.
As the Contemplativ Buddhist-Informed Pychotherapy Team Lead at the NourishED Research Foundation, Mỹ Hiếu leads the development of our "Buddhist Mindfulness & Meditation Tools for Mental Health" Course Series and Clinical Research study.
This work includes development of a series of free/donation-based courses that provide twelve (12) interactive lessons on various aspects of Buddhist Mindfulness, Stability, and Clarity as they pertain to the Body, the Mind, Emotions, and observing All Phenomenon.
